These writings cannot be taken seriously. Of the writings above, the listings of angelic names is very different. The only two names that are consistent among them are the names found in the Bible -- Michael and Gabriel. Another writer thought that there was a possibility that the reference to the seven spirits/stars/lamps in Revelation 1:20, 2:1, 3:1, 4:5, and 5:6 could have a correlation to the angelology found in 1 Enoch. Revelation even says that there are seven special angels in charge of sounding trumpets (8:2-6, 11:15), delivering plagues and pouring out God's wrath (Rev 15:1-8, 16:1-17, 17:1, 21:9) and possibly causing thunder peals (Rev 10:3-4).
