God has always been alive. He is bigger than the universe. So God doesn't come from anywhere. In fact everything there is comes from God.

Revelation 4:1-11 is a picture of God's throne. It says God lives for ever and ever; He is called the One who was, and is and is to come, emphasizing that God is eternal.

Psalm 90:2 tells us, "Before the mountains were brought forth, or ever thou hadst formed the earth and the world, even from everlasting to everlasting, thou art God." From this we see that God existed before the world as we know it was created. As a result, our concept of time and place cannot be used to find the origin of God. It is outside of our realm and our understanding.
